I will pay the $ 1000 Security Deposit upon arrival. This amount must be paid in cash. It will be fully refunded provided the Villa is determined to be in the same condition as prior to your occupancy.

I understand my responsibility as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages for the Villa or its surrounding property, caused by myself or any members of my party.

In case of default I promise to pay all costs incurred including attorney fees and court costs within the U.S., Costa Rica and Europe.

By signing below, I agree to pay for the total repair or replacement costs of the Villa and surrounding areas in the event of damage or loss, caused by myself or any members of my party during our stay. Such damages and loss will be covered in writing and provided to you by the owner.

** Sorry but no pets or smoking are permitted in the house**

Maid service, linens and towels provided.

Refund Policy and Other Additions

Due to the nature of our business, we get most of our bookings 3 months in advance. Should you cancel your reservation we have a "no refund" policy unless we are able to book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 50% of the rental price, providing you have paid for the rental in full. Your damage deposit is always 100% refundable at cancellation.

A $150 penalty will be charged for "Lost Keys"

No parties allowed for groups over "8" without the prior consent of the owner.

Disclaimer

You might consider getting travel insurance. The owner of the house is not responsible for any accidents that happen in the pool, the house, and property. The owner supplies a safe in the house and is not responsible for personal valuables. If you carry expensive equipment, we recommend you get insurance.
